2. Purchase Block Ad Space

Buying advertising space for your eBay store, auction site, "me page", or classified ad site is easy and automatic. Visit the homepage and click on the unoccupied cell that you would like to purchase. After selecting a starting point, you will have the opportunity to expand your selection in height and width and then preview what your picture will look like when it is live. This way, you can check and fine tune your order as many times as you wish before you actually place your order.

After you have reserved your block, it is guaranteed that nobody else can order the same block so you can rest assured that you alone will get the block you ordered.

You don't have pictures of your own? We have a selection of pictures that you can readily use when you choose your block. Simply click on one of them and the system will calculate the correct size and fee.

Notice how the homepage is divided into a grid of blocks. There are 10,000 blocks with each block containing 100 of something called pixels (each block measures 10x10 pixels). All PowerSellers, Online Auction sites, eStores, and Classified ad sites are welcome to purchase "blocks" at a cost starting of 1 cent per pixel. We have designed a tier pricing structure to automatically decrease the cost as you select blocks further down the page. Starting at the topmost block (Block 0), here are the 4 pricing tiers:

1. Blocks 0-24   5 cents per pixel.
2. Blocks 25-49 3 cents per pixel.
3. Blocks 50-74 2 cents per pixel.
4. Blocks 75-99 1 cent per pixel.

You can buy as many blocks as you like, as long as there are some available. When you purchase 1 or more blocks, your advertising image will be displayed on AuctionAtlas.com until March 4th, 2012. If someone clicks on your advertisment, they will automatically be taken to your website.

3. Terms of Service

1. Minimum Purchase: 1 block. Feel free to buy as many blocks as you like.
2. You are purchasing advertising space on the main page of AuctionAtlas.com until at a minimum. The goal is to increase this to through additional advertising revenue.
3. Images must be in GIF, PNG or JPEG format. Animated images are not acceptable. Transparency or alpha channel not recommended.
4. Your advertisement must link to a webpage begin with http://
5. Before confirming your purchase, you will be given the opportunity to preview your order so that you can see what it will look like. You can fine tune your advertisment as many times as you like before your order is confirmed --- confirmation is done by pressing the Buy Now button. You are not allowed to change your order after you have confirmed it.
6. Once you puchase is complete, your block ad space will be reserved and you will see on your chosen location. We will then verify your link, description and image. (We have to right to move or otherwise make minor adjustments to your block ad positon.
7. No refunds once your block(s) is accepted and published on AuctionAtlas.com.
8. No obscene/offensive/adult/illegal images/links/description will be accepted. AuctionAtlas.com will decide what is appropriate for publication. If your submission is rejected, you will have the opportunity to provide an alternative advertisement within 1 week. You will receive a refund if you cannot provide an alternative advertisement within 1 week.
9. If your advertising link is accepted and you later change the content of the linked site to show offensive/obscene/adult/illegal material then your advertisement will be removed, the space will become publicly available again, and you will not get a refund.
10. You can request your image to be removed at any time, but the space will become publicly available again and you will not receive a refund.
11. You can request changes in your advertisment's image, description and link, but not block ad size. There is a per request charge.
12. Although we will not change or remove your pixel advertisements under normal circumstances, we reserve the right to do so under exceptional circumstances such as legal action. When a removal happens, the space will be publicly available and you will not receive a refund.
13. You must have the legal right to use the image you provide for your pixel advertisement.
14. There might be occasional downtime for site maintenance, but the downtime will be kept to a minimum.
15. We do not to sell or misuse any information you have given us.
16. When you purchase advertising space, you do not own own any part of AuctionAtlas.com, but rather you are granted the right to submit an image and link which will then be published on AuctionAtlas.com in the respective space you have paid for.
